Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim.

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
Important note:
If the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is in perfect condition, no replacement or refund will be issued.
Order Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
